Fees & Insurance
While none of the counselors at the Crestview Christian Counseling Center participate as members of any insurance panels, our fees are based on a sliding scale according to household yearly income.
The fee charged is due in full at the time services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been made.
Don’t let money keep you from the help you need. We serve all income levels!
Rates
Practicum Student Therapist (supervised by Clinical Director Shaun Burrow) – $45.00 (flat rate) per 50-minute session
Less than $50,000/year – $65.00 per 50-minute session with a licensed therapist
$50,000 – $75,000/year – $85.00 per 50-minute session with a licensed therapist
More than $75,000/year – $105.00 per 50-minute session with a licensed therapist
Payment
The Crestview Christian Counseling Center accepts cash, checks and major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you’d like to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
